These Terms and Conditions govern your use of noluxe.info and the advertising services provided by Noluxe. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you purchase a package on our website, the package description and these terms form our agreement. If a separate written agreement or proposal has been signed with you, that agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.

Our services

Noluxe provides advertising strategy, campaign setup, management, optimisation and reporting on platforms including Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and app advertising networks. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for each client are set out in a proposal or service agreement.

Online package purchases

You can buy a management package (Starter, Pro or Enterprise) for each of our services directly on noluxe.info. The package page shows the services included and the monthly price in US dollars.

• By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
• Each package purchase covers one month of management services, starting once onboarding is complete.
• After your purchase we will contact you by email to confirm your goals and request access to the relevant ad accounts.
• To continue after the first month, you can purchase the package again or agree a recurring arrangement with us in writing.
• Package prices cover our management work only. Ad spend is paid separately and directly to the advertising platform.

No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, budget, product, pricing, website quality and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, sales, leads or returns on ad spend.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business, products and services.
• Own and maintain your advertising, analytics and business accounts, and grant us the access we need.
• Make sure your products, offers, landing pages and content are lawful and that you have the rights to any materials you provide.
• Approve campaigns, ads and budgets when requested.
• Pay advertising platforms directly for ad spend, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Advertising platform policies

All campaigns are subject to the policies and decisions of each advertising platform. Platforms may review, limit, disapprove or suspend ads or accounts at their discretion. We will help you understand and respond to such decisions, but we cannot control or guarantee their outcome.

Fees and payment

Package prices are shown on each package page. For custom work, fees, billing schedule and payment terms are set out in your proposal or service agreement. Ad spend is separate from our fees and is paid to the advertising platforms. Late or missed payments may lead to a pause in services.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your brand, content and data. Ad copy and creative materials we create for you can be used by you once the related fees are paid. We may keep general know-how, templates and methods that are not specific to your business.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the relationship and to use it only for providing or receiving the services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noluxe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by advertising platforms, third-party tools or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the services in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end the services as set out in the service agreement. When services end, we will remove our access to your accounts on request, and any fees for work already performed remain payable.
